Advanced Owner Intensive: 4 Days Over 2 Weekends (2 Days Each)

This is an advanced, owner-focused training intensive designed for handlers who already have a foundation and want higher-level control, reliability, and clarity with their dog.

• 4 total training days

• Split across 2 weekends (2 days each)

• Weekends do not need to be consecutive

• Both weekends must be completed within 3 months of each other

• 1:00–5:00 PM each day, with breaks included

• Held on the ranch with real-world environments and distractions

This program is about refining skills, improving communication, and teaching owners how to handle their dog with confidence in more demanding situations.

What We’ll Work On

Training is tailored to you and your dog, but commonly includes:

Advanced Obedience & Control

• Reliable recall and call-offs (calling your dog away from distractions)

• Off-leash recall with real-world reliability

• Motion commands (responding while moving)

• Sit, down, heel, stay, and place on and off leash

• E-collar work taught ethically and clearly as a communication tool

• Prong collar work for clear, fair leash communication

• Reward delivery and timing so your dog understands exactly what you’re reinforcing

Handling & Training Skills

• Leash handling and long-line work

• Luring and shaping to build behaviors clearly

• Environmental work to proof behaviors around distractions

This is hands-on training with real feedback, not a lecture-style program.

Equipment

• No equipment is included

• Please bring your own leash, collars, long line, and training tools

• Proper use of tools will be taught and explained during the program
