🐾 Rules of the Ranch

Helping everyone stay safe, calm, and successful

Welcome to Fulton Strong K9 Ranch! We’re excited to work with you and your dog. To keep training safe, effective, and enjoyable for everyone (humans and dogs!), please review and follow these ranch rules.

🐶 Dog Handling & Safety

  • Dogs must remain leashed at all times unless the trainer has explicitly given permission for off-leash work.

  • No nose-to-nose greetings between dogs. Even friendly dogs can miscommunicate.

  • Please maintain safe spacing from other dogs unless directed by the trainer.

  • Do not approach, pet, or interact with another dog without owner and trainer approval.

🚗 Vehicle & Crate Requirements

  • Dogs must have a crate inside the vehicle for breaks, rest periods, or decompression.

  • Crates help dogs reset mentally and keep everyone safe between training sessions.

  • Dogs should remain crated in vehicles unless the trainer instructs otherwise.

💩 Clean-Up Policy

  • Please pick up after your dog immediately.

  • Waste bags are your responsibility. This keeps the ranch clean, sanitary, and enjoyable for everyone.

  • Failure to clean up after your dog may result in dismissal from the session.

🎯 Training Session Expectations

  • Follow trainer instructions at all times — these rules are in place for safety, not punishment.

  • No off-leash activity, equipment changes, or training modifications unless approved by the trainer.

  • Children must remain supervised and out of active training areas unless approved.

🧠 Calm Energy Matters

  • Dogs are sensitive to human emotions. Calm handlers help create calm dogs.

  • If you feel overwhelmed or unsure, please ask — we are here to help.

  • We encourage questions, learning, and teamwork.

🚫 What’s Not Allowed

  • No loose dogs outside of trainer-approved exercises

  • No nose-to-nose greetings

  • No training of other dogs without permission

  • No photography or videography unless approved by the trainer
